The Mid-Autumn Festival in China is one of the most important national public holidays for family celebration, just like the Spring Festival, just like the Dragon Boat Festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival is usually at the end of September. It is also one of the Golden Weeks in China.
People do many things to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival,such as eating a kind of cake called Moon Cake. Eating Moon Cakes is the most important part of the Festival.
A public holiday is when all the governments and schools are closed, and everybody is enjoying a free time.
